**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.- Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project
- Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients. - Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Proven working experience as a Project Engineer - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.- Needs understanding of process improvement, quality improvement concepts; ISO 13485 - Define, analyze, and propose solutions to engineering problems.- Carry out calculations and evaluations to propose new projects and increase efficiency.- Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
