**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively send personalized text messages to customers who have left items in their

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, shipping, or other concerns via text.
- Offer promotional discounts or exclusive offers to encourage purchase completion.
- Track and report on interactions with customers, documenting successful recoveries.
- Maintain a friendly, customer-focused tone in all communications.
- Work closely with the different ecommerce teams to stay updated on inventory, offers,

**Requirements**:
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to customers.
- Ability to work East coast hours: 10am - 8pm ET
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or ecommerce (preferred).
- Familiarity with text-based sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus
