Thanks to our great work, we are also growing and we are looking for a dedicated **Marketing Associate** to join our Marketing Team.

**ROLE**

The Marketing Associate is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities along with understanding of market research and patients' behaviour.

The Marketing Associate’s main duties include:
Conducting regular and thorough competitive research on markets, competitors, clients and industry leaders.

**REQUIREMENTS**

You should have a strong grasp of effective communication skills and strategies and be able to engage with people to make them know, like, and trust the client/avatar/patient you are looking for.
- 3+ years of overall progressive experience in marketing strategy, leading marketing campaigns and demonstrating understanding of marketing fundamentals (marketing mix) through digital marketing channels
- Proven experience in a marketing agency or related role
- Ability to research, develop and communicate an executive marketing plan
- Knowledge of the foundational 4P’s of marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with multimedia platforms, copywriting and quality control
- Strong research skills
- Creativity
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative team-spirit
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- 5+ years experience in marketing or related field will be considered an asset
- BSc/BA in marketing, sales, advertising, or related field will be considered an asset

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to our VP Marketing in this role will be pivotal in driving growth of client brands through optimizing leads, digital marketing ROI and patient acquisition cost
- Monitor, conduct and report competitive research under the guidance of the VP Marketing for the agency, clients, prospects and upcoming industry trends
- Seek and lead new strategies that generate innovation and maximum ROI
- Assist in the monitoring, tracking and evaluation of VIP clients
- Generation accurate and convincing Avatars and Personas
- Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Support the advertising team in quality control, digital design creation (concepts) and ensuring the marketing mix fits the avatar(s) of clients
- Approval of social media for agency and clients
- Review analytics, data and conversion rate optimization using robust tools provided by the agency
- Other various marketing and strategy related tasks

**RESULTS**
- Timely and accurate competitive reporting for all new client campaigns
- Quality assurance of all new client campaigns at predetermined phases
- Improve the efficiency of the agency social media and prospecting channels
- Generate results from marketing and have a working knowledge with CRM programs
- Engage and cultivate industry partnerships (existing and new)
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns, website and new campaign builds
- Provides weekly report to Operations and Marketing teams

**Compensation**:

- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
- Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis
