Esta posicion asume un liderazgo en el cumplimiento de T-MEC y Anexo 24. La posicion es responsable del programa del Sistema Automatizado de Control de Inventarios de las tres plantas, incluyendo determinacion de origen, valoracion, clasificacion arancelaria entre otros datos de cumplimento requeridos para facilitar la importacion a Mexico de bienes provenientes de E.U., Asia y MX y su exportacion. Tambien es reponsable de cumplir con los requisitos de IMMEX, del proceso de descargas de importaciones temporales, Anexo 30 y el analisis de T-MEC para permitir a la compania el ahorro en pago de impuestos en E.U. Princiaples actividades:.Asegura el cumplimiento de las obligaciones aduaneras, establecidas por las reglas y los lineamientos legales vigentes..Mantiene el cumplimiento con los programas IMMEX e IVA (y la presentación electrónica del Anexo 30) para asegurar la continuacion del las certificaciones..Coordina al equipo para ejecutar las auditorias de T-MEC, incluyendo interfaces con el sistema de ERP, valida los resultados de las auditorias de T-MEC de los billes de materiales de producto terminado y subensambles de las organizaciones Region Baja..Asegura que los proveedores nuevos para la operación de submanufactura en México se encuentren debidamente registradosy apoyar la operación existente de las organizaciones Region Baja..Asegura que la conciliacion mensual entre Anexo 24 y el inventario fisico se completen de manera correcta y en tiempo.

Experiência y requisitos

Que necesitas:.Universidad Completa.10 años de experiência. Ingles Avanzado.Conocimiento en IMMEX, T-MEC, Certificacion C-TPAT, OEA e IVA
