**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects.
- Maintaining property occupancy levels, ensuring positive resident relations and accurate data entry in CR systems.
- Review Showdigs reports and follow up on all prospective tenants, create guest cards, and input their information into appropriate tools.
- Implement weekly price drops to reduce vacancy time.
- Coordinate approved tenants with new lease signing, deposit, deposit-free 3rd party vendor setup, first rent, pre-move-in inspection, maintenance, and move-in day tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to resident move-in needs and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner, clarifying lease agreement and move-in package.
- Act as a mentor for new team members and share to the best of your abilities your knowledge and experience.
- Be present for all required meetings and training sessions applicable to learning skills pertaining to your job, responsibilities or as specified by your direct supervisor.
- Set-up daily work flows and time blocking to accomplish projects and tasks.
**Requirements for the position include**:
- Min. 1 year experience working with a Property Management company in the US
- Proven record working in the leasing department/operations for companies of 200+ units
- Open minded and willing to learn and innovate
- Great time management and organization skills
