Join to apply for the Portfolio Manager role at Grupo FRISA 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Portfolio Manager role at Grupo FRISA Portfolio Manager – Proyectos Inmobiliarios y Land Bank Objetivo del puesto Administrar el portafolio de proyectos inmobiliarios y el Land Bank de la compañía, asegurando la correcta evaluación, adquisición estratégica y desarrollo de terrenos para vivienda e industria. Garantizar la rentabilidad del portafolio mediante análisis financieros, proyecciones, escenarios y coordinación con áreas clave. Perfil Ingeniero con experiencia en gestión de portafolios inmobiliarios, análisis técnico-financiero y administración de Land Bank para vivienda e industria. Capaz de evaluar terrenos, proyectar escenarios y apoyar decisiones estratégicas de inversión. Descripción del puesto Responsable de la evaluación, priorización y seguimiento del portafolio inmobiliario; análisis, identificación y adquisición de terrenos y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos para la alta dirección. Requisitos Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Arquitectura con enfoque técnico (deseable posgrado en Finanzas, MBA o Desarrollo Inmobiliario). Experiencia: 5–10 años en proyectos inmobiliarios, Land Bank, gestión de portafolios, análisis financiero o desarrollo. Dominio técnico Evaluación de terrenos y uso de suelo Costos de urbanización y construcción Procesos regulatorios y permisos Estudios de factibilidad técnica Dominio financiero Modelos financieros avanzados (VAN, TIR, sensibilidad, escenarios) Análisis de riesgos y proyecciones Evaluación económica de proyectos inmobiliarios Manejo de herramientas Excel avanzado, Power BI, software de PMO, GIS, AutoCAD (deseable).
