Actividades Clave
- Identificar necesidades de capacitación en colaboración con líderes del área Logística para HEINEKEN México.
- Desarrollar y asegurar ejecución del plan de capacitación
- Diseño de contenidos alineado a necesidades de la función
- Innovar en propuestas de métodos de enseñanza
- Gestión con proveedores de diseño instruccional y facilitadores de entrenamiento
- Seguimiento a KPIs de las iniciativas de capacitación

**Requisitos**:

- Gestión de Proyectos
- Entendimiento de la operación logística
- Comunicación efectiva
- Diseño y gestión de contenidos
- Gestión de Presupuestos
- Inglés Avanzado
- MS Excel Intermedio - Avanzado
