**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:
Ensure the correct management of inventories in accordance with the established policies and ensure compliance with the Company's Target Service level, as well as generate and coordinate production and/or purchase plans in case of Co packers.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- More than 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, material replenishment, scheduling, etc.
- Advanced level of Excel and SAP, S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of database administration.
- Ability to communicate smoothly in English, will report directly to the USA.
- Ease of travel to the work area in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico and be in a hybrid work schedule.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze the sales projection as a basis for capacity planning and develop the weekly production plan according to the planning horizon.
- Support in the development of the long-term MPS and capacity analysis
- Provide maintenance in SAP for the correct operation of the MPS.
- Measure compliance with the MPS and generate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with and maintenance of the Inventory Policy
- Monitor sales weekly in order to make adjustments to the MPS.
- Give Customer Service, Sales and Marketing visibility of supply risks and provide support to mitigate them.
- Generate inventory analysis to identify risks.
- Support the process of launching a new product or changes to existing products.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
