**ADVANCED FLUENT ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED**

An established metals and plating company, specializes in plating connector contacts, RF components, selective plating of loose piece contacts, and heat treatment of copper and copper alloys for Aerospace Industry.

Serves our clients with metal finishing solutions for their commercial, cargo, and military operators, and MRO providers around the world.

Due to expansion we are looking for key members to join our team in the chemical processing areas.

Planning Engineer Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Coordinate with area managers and team members to define project scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly and communicate professionally and timely manner to FF customers
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to area managers and customers
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules
- Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project planning
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Use and develop a planning software
- Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions
- Facilitate communication between different teams and area supervisors/managers

Planning Engineer Qualifications & Skills
- **Bachelor's degree with Cedula Profesional is a MUST**:

- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate insights
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
