We are currently seeking an **Order Entry Intern** to provide administrative support primarily in the areas of order placement, replenishment, and other assigned tasks.

**As an Order Entry Intern, your responsibilities** will include**:

- Managmenet of sales orders for the Monterrey and Mexico offices.
- Preaparation of final resports for sales palced.
- Printing and organizing the necesarry documentation to bill the sales of the day
- Preparing detailed balances for the different assigned proyects.
- Generate blank quotes for billing processes.
- Assisting with the placement of guarantee replacements and error corrections

**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Commerce or related.
- To graduate at least on June 2026 or later
- Intermediet English level
- Knowledge of MS Office, One Drive and Outlook is desired
