Driving cross-functional issue resolution (order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders), using the required tooling, in a timely manner and within the SLAs.**This position reports to**:Sales Supp. Mgr.Configuration&Quotation**Your responsibilities**:- Order entry activities for all purchase orders coming from different customers and different countries.- Review purchase orders, ask for changes in case correction is needed, and constant follow-up of new revisions.- Meet order entry lead times.- Active participation on process improvements in collaboration with Project Management.- Seek, develop, and execute enhancements within the area.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.- 2 years of experience in Customer Treatment and Collection.- Advanced English Level.- Knowledge in Excel, Pivot tables.- Clear and simplified oral and written communication.**More about us**:
