As a logistics **Operation Support, **you will constantly be in contact with carriers to provide them support.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Provide excellent customer service to drivers.
- Track and Trace
- Data Entry
- Load Status Updates
- Communication with drivers
- Driver check in process.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**: Friday to Tuesday 9:00pm to 5:30am. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Contractor (Prestación de Servicios)
- **Places**: WeWork Mitikah / Mitikah, Av. Río Churubusco 601, Xoco, Coyoacán, 03330 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México
- **Salary**: 800USD + 120 USD (Night Shift Bonus)
