**Order Processing Junior**:

**Scope**: Full-time | Hybrid | **Location**: Mexico City

As an Order Processing Associate/junior, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, on time, and with the highest quality standards. This role has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business results, requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage and track incoming order-related requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution- Review customer quotes and convert them into complete, ready-to-process orders- Validate order details and ensure all required information is correctly configured- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to collect, deliver, and clarify order data- Follow up on pending orders, approvals, and exceptions, escalating when needed

**What we need to see from you**Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in your work- Clear verbal and written communication skills for customer and internal interactions
- Intermediate to advanced conversational English level is required- Ability to prioritize multiple orders and meet deadlines effectively- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Experience using systems that manage customer, order, or financial data
