Process Sr Engineer

**Objective**
Operational Team that support and learn from prototype development, early creation of shop floor documentation, lessons learned implementation and ramp up of new production lines.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure Flawless Launches of new production lines to reach expected Performance (SQDCME) and increase customer satisfaction.
- In charge of Top Focus Programs (Quality impact).
- Ensure Internal and External Quality
- Manage Tooling Availability
- Ensure compliance with the Quality System
- Ensure continuous improvement in processes
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree. Mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, or electrical engineer, chemical engineer.
- Advanced English.
- Expertise in Metallurgical processes, Heat treatment furnaces, Mechanical properties, core blowing systems, sands,
- Experience in automotive industry IATF, High expertise in problem-solving methodologies
