**Job Title: SAP Delivery Manager - Capability Lead**:
**Location**:**Hybrid position based in Guadalajara, Mexico**:
**This role requires strong conversational English skills.**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- ** Assist in the definition of SAP project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.**:

- ** Coordinate with SAP Capability Managers to secure resources, considering global priorities.**:

- ** Manage changes to the SAP project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate project delivery methodologies.**:

- ** Execute all activities using AstraZeneca Project Delivery Framework.**:

- ** Ensure risks are managed appropriately, reporting and escalating to management as needed.**:

- ** Manage a small team of Guadalajara-based Delivery Managers, conducting performance reviews, supporting development, and ensuring compliance with all policies.**:

- ** Execute AZ and ECS people strategies in relation to direct reports.**:

- ** Successfully manage relationships with internal customers and other stakeholders.**:

- ** Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- ** Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.**:

- ** Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.**:

- ** Working Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager & Service Now.**:

- ** Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.**:

- ** Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.**:

- ** Experience in a validated environment and awareness of GXP and SOX requirements.**:

- ** Experience in managing teams of up to 10 people.**:

- ** Experience working in globally distributed teams within a matrix structure.**:

- ** Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent spoken and written skills. Portuguese is a plus.**:

- ** Willingness to travel.**:

- ** Proven working experience in any SAP Core Technologies is a plus.**:

- ** Knowledge or previous experience in SAP testing tools, frameworks, or best practices.**:

- ** Knowledge or previous experience with any Project Portfolio Management tool.**:

- ** PMP / PRINCE II / SAP Activate Certification.**:
