Customer Service Analyst

Located in our Toluca Vesta Distribution Center, you will be responsible for provide the most viable solution according to the client's needs, complying with the company's policies and standards, serve as the voice of the client within the organization and collaborate working as a team with the different areas seeking to optimize activities for the benefit of the client. Analysis of the Replacement Market requirements.

**Key responsibilities**
- Order management in both despáchate and Oracle
- Management of orders requested by EDI
- Turn orders to the warehouse.
- Monitoring and control of orders.
- Perform reconciliation of dispatch orders vs Oracle daily
- Follow up on orders and requests for original equipment.
- Request to the warehouse for orders that arise as customer exceptions.
- Generate ops report weekly.
- Upload ops dates updated weekly.
- Review ops product inconsistencies.
- Check that all imported ops generate a requisition.
- Back Order management, coordinate assortment and billing, generate weekly report.
- Upload Back Order dates updated weekly.
- Review the weekly report that sends recovered sales planning, work on it and change the concept from Back Order to Recovered Sale of what the client accepts or requests later.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years of experience in similar position
- Degree as International trade, administration or similar.
