**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Perform training scheduling based on client needs and agreed with LBPs (Learning Business Partners).
- Perform forecast of calendars, attendance and ensure the trainer's capacity.
- Sends invitations through Outlook and follows up with Leaders.
- Coordinating the logistics of training resources (transportation, audiovisual tools, rooms, equipment in general).
- Main role as custodian of evidence of trainings, performs punctual registration of attendance to courses in internal and external platforms, as well as qualifications.
- Contact with suppliers (reception of personnel in plant, schedules, specific requirements to comply with training, e.g., manage loan of cranes and platforms).
- Provides support to analyze information corresponding to the area's performance indicators.
- Contact with leaders of different areas.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You possess an intermediate to advanced level of English
- You possess knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, power point and Outlook)
- You possess preferably knowledge in power BI
