**Responsabilidades**:
Requisitios:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles, with a strong focus on indirect categories and cost optimization.
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Project management experience and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Experience facilitating workshops, managing multiple projects, and working in cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
