Managing the cross-channel communications for Coca-Cola's full portfolio of brands, you'll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership. **The Role**:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join StudioX. You'll keep an office running, efficiently and smoothly. You'll manage suppliers, and other administrative tasks. You'll be working with a creative, dynamic team.

**Duties**:

- Guarantee that the look and feel of the office is consistent with our brand.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Create a suitable workspace for employees in order to improve their productivity and mood. (Replacebroken, worn or outdated equipment. Re stocking of vending machines, etc.)
- Manage meeting spaces used by different teams.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office spaces/equipment.
- Plan and organize events in the office (clients visits, workshops, Townhalls, etc.).
- Administrative support to the team when necessary, including managing calendars, travel and expenses.
- Management of refunds and bill payments.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Guarantee safety at the workplace.
- Come up with new ideas to improve the office environment and implement them.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional working experience, preferably in office management/assistant roles.
- Excellent Office domain
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

**Skills**:

- Problem - solving mindset under time pressure
- Proactive attitude
