**Descripción y Requisitos**

Responsable de organizar la producción conforme a la demanda y las normas de calidad. Encargado de garantizar que nuestros productos se manufacturen a tiempo para su distribución de un modo rentable. Está centrado en los resultados, con habilidades para la resolución de problemas. Buenos conocimientos informáticos y dotes de comunicación. El objetivo es garantizar que nuestras operaciones de producción sean rentables y fluidas. Tiene un excelente trabajo en equipo para resolver problemas de producción en conjunto con los otros departamentos, enfocado a llevar un control de la producción utilizando las herramientas disponibles como revisión de las transacciones de material, creación de JOB y BOMs, personal de control de producción, reportes diarios, semanales, mensuales y anuales.

**Responsabilidades**:
? Planea y prepara programas de producción para la fabricación de fixturas y herramientas para la fabricación de aspas

? Actualización de programa de producción diario.

? Actualización de programa anual de producción.

? Envió de reporte del estatus diario

? Creación de Jobs en programa Oracle.

? Seguimiento al mantenimiento de Plugs

? Soporte al personal de control de producción con el manejo del programa Oracle.

? Comprobación física en piso de producción de fixturas y/o herramientas para la fabricación de aspas en WIP.

? Busca la mejor manera de utilizar recursos siendo capaz de trabajar tanto solo como en equipo

? Estima cuánto tiempo llevarán diferentes actividades y procesos.

? Habilidad para comprender programas y operaciones de producción.

? Dar seguimiento a los cargos y retornos de material

? Completar Jobs y solicitar validación de costos

? Seguimiento a exportación e importación y embarques.

? Junta de Clear to build

? Información del plan de producción en las juntas de Tier 1,2 y 3

? Debe cumplir y hacer cumplir cada uno de los puntos del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo de TPI

? Velar por cumplir y hacer cumplir la Misión, Visión y Valores de TPI

? Enfoque al cliente mediante pensamiento basado en riesgo, manteniendo y mejorando los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

**Escolaridad**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. en administración o Carrera a fin. Preferente.

**Experiência**:

- 3 años de experiência en este puesto en la industria de manufactura.
- Experiência en nuevos proyectos
- Conocimiento en: metalmecánica, soldadura, moldeo.
- 3 - 5 años de experiência utilizando el sistema ERP, Oracle un plus
- Ingles Avanzado.

**Habilidades**:

- Aptitudes para la planificación.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas.
- Excelente trabajo en equipo
- Uso y manejo del Sistema Oracle.
- Microsoft Office Suite + MsProject + Ms Visio
- Certificación en APICS
- Curso Lean Manufacturing
