Responsible to development and coordinate production schedules on a daily and weekly basis to meet goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to systems and tools.
- Review orders before accepting them for the customer and take on of the following actions: Receive (quantities and shipping dates), request changes to dates and/or quantities or suggest thtat we reject the request.
- Schedule and prioritze demand forecasting to ensure production supply meets demand.
- Manage the inventory replenishment of good products based on the forecast.
- Coordinate and execute daily and weekly meetings of effective production planning to ensure alignment between multifunctional teams.
- Analyze customer forecast and consider capacity and required resources (staff, shifts, OT).
- Analyze past and present data to generate reports and create more effective production schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience as production scheduler
- Intermediate level of English
- Advanced level of Excel
- MRP and ERP management
- Skills: Problem solving, good communication,
