Micro Focus is growing We are hiring a Recruiting Sourcer to join our Americas Talent Acquisition Team.

**What kind of work would you be doing?**

You will be play a key role in finding exceptional talent to join Micro Focus across the US, Canada and LATAM regions.

Some skills and experience that we are looking for are:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years sourcing experience (agency or in-house) for IT, Finance and Sales roles for US and LATAM.
- Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
- Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable conducting business in English
