Talent Acquisition Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across corporate functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Logistics, Sales, and more. The Sourcer will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups, referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct full candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers in a timely manner, ensuring strong alignment with role requirements
- Partner with Recruiters to understand position requirements, market trends, and sourcing priorities for multiple corporate functions
- Manage and nurture candidate relationships to provide a positive experience and maintain engagement throughout the process
- Support interview scheduling and coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sourcing activities, pipelines, and candidate progress in SAP SuccessFactors
- Monitor and analyze sourcing effectiveness and propose improvements to strategies and channels
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative sourcing tools to continuously enhance talent attraction efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably for corporate roles (Finance, IT, HR, Logistics, Sales)
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and presenting qualified profiles
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
