As Sr. Associate, Remittance Ops. & Systems, you will be responsible to:

- Active problem solving and timely resolution of account balance reconciliation.
- Make good business decisions in order to minimize bad debt and churn.
- Contact and/or assist internal and external customers to resolve payment and refund inquiries.
- Maintain and generate reports from various systems and create spreadsheets, charts and graphs.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the GCP group.
- Provide feedback to management regarding training needs.
- Support other team members in the completion of their job duties as needed; collaborate with team members in resolving problems and attaining One Contact Resolution.
- Prepare reports to document work and associated results.
- Prepare month end journal entries.
- Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
- One + year of prior accounting experience preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months Payment Investigation experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated decision-making ability
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and confidentiality
