"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Now we are looking for this position:**A&M Invoice Payments Analyst****Main Purpose**:This position is responsible to ensure reporting of A&M expenses in line with P&P by auditing concepts, accounting and reporting.**Accountabilities**:Audit the following processes:- Partner with marketing and finance to process purchase orders and submission of invoices- Obtaining budget approval & setting up SAP IM projects- Process A&M invoices in accordance with the company policy- Process payments for over 100 sponsorship contracts across PBCSupport marketing initiativesQualifications:**Key Skills**:- +3 years of experience in Accounting- Bachelor’s in Accounting- Experience with SAP- Requires attention to detail- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel- Good time management skills- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines- Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail- Language skills - English fluent- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
