In **Fortune Brands Innovation, Inc.** the** IT Systems Engineer**will be responsible to provide equipment maintenance and installation services, along with comprehensive technical support and user assistance.- Responsible for ensuring proper use of systems, adherence to resource usage policies, and safeguarding the integrity of the company’s information.-
- Perform maintenance and repairs on computer equipment.-
- Install new equipment under the coordination of the systems administrator.-
- Manage the creation, modification, and termination of user accounts.-
- Relocate computer equipment (area changes). Assign HelpDesk tickets and monitor resolution.-
- Install and configure printers.-
- Perform network and telephone cabling and connections.**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field-
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience-
- Advanced English proficiency-
- Knowledge of various operating system versions-
- Handling of fixed and mobile communication devices-
- Management of printing and copying equipment-
- Structured cabling expertise-
- Proficiency in commercial software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
