**Your opportunity**

We’re looking for a **Global **Trade Compliance **Analyst** to join our **Global Trade COE NAM team** in** Monterrey**.

As a **Global **Trade Compliance **Analyst** you’ll be responsible for performs free-trade agreement (FTA) analysis (e.g., USMCA, MX-Colombia, EU-MX), and post-entry activities as needed, or HS Determination based on a deeply technical analysis.

**What you’ll do**
- Execute FTA solicitation and qualification, ensuring all necessary documentation is retained to ensure full compliance.
- Ability to fully explain the rules of the FTA to internal customers, detailing why a particular item qualifies or does not qualify for the FTA.
- Prepare all documentation needed to assist with Pre and Post Entry activities such as CF28, CF29, protests, refunds, drawback, Post entry amendments.

**What you’ll need**
- ** Bachelor’s degree required.**:

- ** Fluent English is MANDATORY.**:

- ** 2-4 years’ experience as Trade Analyst.**:

- ** Microsoft Suite skills required.**:

- Self-starter/Highly motivated, team player, able to work in a close team setting. Excellent organization and analytical skills. Able to work within tight time constraints. Effective communication skills.
- Decision Quality Skill and influence other.
