**Requirements for the role**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience (3 years) in e-commerce management, specifically in marketplace operations with platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
- **Marketplace Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of American and European marketplaces (Amazon, Otto, Zalando, AboutYou, Wolf & Badger, Not just a Label, etc.) and their operational nuances.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute marketplace strategies aligned with business objectives, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and implement data-driven decisions to drive revenue and growth.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with marketplace management tools, SEO practices, and e-commerce platforms to effectively manage product listings and enhance online visibility.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams, manage vendor relationships, and respond to customer feedback on marketplaces.
- **Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changes in marketplace trends, technology advancements, and business strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, resolve customer issues, and optimize marketplace performance.
- **Additional Skills**: Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus. Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing would be beneficial.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- **E-commerce Skills**: Proficiency in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and others.
- **Team Management**: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools.
