**The Role**:
Be Responsible for the administrative aspect of each study and provide assistance to the Project Manager.
- Assist with the development of project specific Procedure Manual
- Assist with Project Reports
- Assists Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required
- Management of Study Centres for study supplies/outstanding data
- Quality Control of Offsite Assessments/Blinded Reads
- Updates and maintains Study Files including enrolment logs and data status
- Maintains inventories of study supplies
- Assists with scheduling of site Imaging manual trainings

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Advanced level of English (Written and Spoken)
- Good organization skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong administrative and office skills
- Experience with constant reporting
- Clinical Experience is a plus
