**Responsabilities**
- Business Partner:
- Collect the business requirements from each department of plant regularly, and transfer these requirements to relative HQ teams;
- Introduce and publicize it policies and plans of HQ;
- Collect IT service suggestion and complain regularly, and discuss with HQ teams to find solutions;
- Infrastructure:
- Act as local project manager, responsible for plant IT infrastructure set up and fulfill HQ standard, including server room, network, virtualization, etc.
- Responsible for plant IT infrastructure daily maintenance:

- Guarantee correct environment for server room according ICT standard;
- Manage and operate (troubleshooting included) the local virtualization environment;
- Ensure the daily backup according ICT requirements;
- Cooperate with Verizon and HQ team to manage, monitor and operate (troubleshooting included) WAN management, ensure the connection is stable between plant site and HQ;
- Manage, monitor and operate (troubleshooting included) LAN management (AP and Wireless included), to ensure inhouse connection is stable;
- Monitor the core Infrastructure, Servers, Applications (e.g. MES, WMS) and Services by using the offered services;
- ERP and HQ/TC Application System:
- Act as IT key user to do some daily maintenance, such as printer management, IP/EDI setting，device connecting，inbound/outbound message monitoring，etc.
- Plant Application System:
- Act as IT key user to do daily maintenance, such as printer management, IP/EDI setting，device connecting，inbound/outbound message monitoring，etc.
- Others:
- System security: Site IT is responsible to avoid any kind of vulnerabilities, this includes the Hardware EOL management;
- Asset management: Site IT is responsible to document the IT Asset;
- Disposal of Storage Media；
- PR and PO management related IT (e.g. HW replacement, new capability setup)；
- Local vendor management;
- Other tasks for special case.
