**Purchasing Professional Senior****About the job**RHI Magnesita is looking for a dynamic Purchasing Professional Senior in Ramos Arizpe or Tlalnepantla, MXThe Purchasing Professional Senior is responsible for raw materials sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration and supplier performance management.This position full-time will develop and maintain relationships and communications with internal stakeholders and report to the Procurement North American Raw Materials Manager. The Purchasing Professional Senior will travel both domestically and internationally with about 15% travel time.This person's ability to effectively collaborate with multiple facets in a fast paced and dynamic environment is vital to the alignment of the overall organization and company goals.**The Purchasing Professional Senior tasks will include**:- Manage projects/ processes, working independently with limited supervision- Evaluates and negotiates various raw material contracts items- Determine requirements and act upon tasks in order of urgency- Organize and track daily requests, quotes, and purchase orders- Ensures urgent requests are coordinated properly through internal processes- Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors and internal customers- Develop, maintain, and analyze ERP (SAP) systems- Helping to problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the process- Carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related areas- 5-8 Years' Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Project Management required- Advance skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,- High proficient in database creation/management, ERP systems, SAP is preferred- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements- Bilingual in Spanish and English required- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems- Detail-oriented and highly organized**What we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer:- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- **Amazing benefits Christmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Life insurance, Disability Insurance, and more****About RHI Magnesita**RHI Magnesita is the result of the combination of RHI and Magnesita to form the global leading supplier of high-grade refractory products, systems, and services.
