**What you'll need to succeed**
**- 3 years troubleshooting, desktop side- Enterprise Management tool administration (SCCM or equivalent) Similar tool: KASEOS
- Deployment Technologies (MDT, SCCM, PXE, WIM, DISM)
- Strong self-starter with a proven track record of accomplishment
- Familiarity with project management methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent industry experience
- 1-3 years desktop engineering/administration experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Exceptional time management and documentation skills
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
- Commits to recognize and respect cultural diversity for all customers (internal and external).
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers with respect of differences in cultures, values, beliefs and ages, utilizing interpreters when needed.
