**EXECUTION ROLE EXPECTATIONS / JOB DESCRIPTION**

In execution, we're directly responsible for the equipment from the time it is qualified at the OEM through startup plus 1 year. This includes equipment qualification at the OEM, shipping, install, power-on, debug, issue resolution, documentation and deliverables, and meeting launch metrics.

**Ramos GPS**. This includes IE activities as well as coordination of installation, debug, runoff, and PPAP of all Material Handling equipment required to manufacture electric drive units. Work will be performed in a plant environment where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead Industrial Engineering / Material Presentation Activities for BEV3 EDU
- ** SCRUM** Product owner for all IE / Material Presentation Tasks and Open Issues.
- Program labor updating and tracking using the Global Benchmark Calculator
- Optimization of Labor Balance.
- Optimization of overall plant material flow, workplace design, and material presentation
- Develop / Update SOSs, STSs [Job Instructions and Elemental Breakdown]
- Support / Lead the GMOS [Material Handling Labor] Studies, Material Presentation Workshops, Manufacturing Technical Specification [Operating Metrics] Updates
- Support Central IE & Material Strategy teams with development activities [RFQs, Design, Validation, Runoff]
- Lead the Execution Phase of the program for Material Handling, Lift Assists, Lift Tables, Dollies, Minomis, Kitting, Repack, Internal Dunnage, Push Carts, and Point of Use Racks
- Throughput Improvement (TIP) Implementation / Execution
