**Descripción y Requisitos**

**YOUR RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Main responsibility concerning quality department:

- Continuous improvement of the assembly line, fabrication and incoming issues.
- Decision concerning product release to be delivered.
- Define and measure the complex issues
- Monitor the implementation and execution of problem-solving process.
- Main interface between final costumer (PPQ team) and assembly line
- Main interface with internal customers to solve issues on the assembly line
- Responsible of corrective action meeting follow up
- Support internal product rework or inspection
- Support SQE team in the containment and corrective action implementation for external material
- Support equipment calibration and responsible of calibration execution
- Provide technical Support to the assembly line
- Maintain and coordinate Good communication with the quality
- Participate of the risk assessment identification (PFMEA) and support
- Develop team structures to improve the efficiency of the department.

**YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Leadership Experience
- Ability to lead projects, provide status reports and track progress with management teams
- Experience in assembly processes
- In Depth knowledge of quality tools (core tools)
- Experience in failure analysis
- Experience in auditing processes and systems
- English written and verbal (90%)
- Proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft and SAP
- PFMEA, DOE, PPAP, GD&T.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Strong analytical thinking and focused on problem solving.
- Strong drive and motivation.
- Strategic thinking.
- Ability to handle stress situations
