Currently we are looking for our next**:Perfect Store Coordinator** **Which is the main objective of this role?** Lead Customer Value Offer definitions for Regional Large Formats, accelerating depth and breath of the model, granularity and driving precision, connecting with the different stakeholders to ensure optimal landing, deployment and tracking. All above while maintaining alignment with the strategic framework of the model, defined by the sector. **What will you be doing?**: - Support Customer Value Offer definitions for all regions across large formats. - Connect with Picture of Success team, enabling optimal and timely service for digital solutions development (rendering, 3D POS animations, training videos and others) - Co lead training and deployment agenda for all segments across large formats, in close collaboration with learning and HR - Ensure proper implementation of FL technological enablers (Conectados) balancing sectorial guidelines and local market requirements - Owner of Stores Data Collection for large formats, through Salesforce, maintaining governance for segmentation, execution standards and tracking in-store surveys - Collaborate with Management Model (Dynamo) inputting seamless Execution routines, enabling vertical growth through POS development **Qualifications/Requirements**:** Who are we looking for?** - 2+ years of sales strategy, sales execution, commercial planning and/or sales capabilities experience - Strong ability to connect across a complex matrixial organization - Ability to adapt communication styles across different nature of audiences, from top management to sales FL - Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously - Organization and planning skills - Analytical skills & Strategic mindset - Bachelor’s degree **What can you expect from us?**: - Competitive compensation - A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life - A dynamic and inclusive culture - A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development - Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide - Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
