**Position**:Events Coordinator**Profile**:- **Event Planning and Coordination**:Lead the planning and execution of brand awareness events, such as new store openings, brand launch activations, influencer and press events, sponsorship events and beauty trade shows. Manage full event logistics including venue scouting, timelines, vendor sourcing, production and on-site supervision.- **Marketing and Promotion**:Work together with the maroversee event advertising and promotion to raise brand awareness. Develop content for event materials, including digital and print media.- **Budget Management**:Develop and monitor event budgets efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial policies.- **Communication and Customer Service**:Provide high-level customer service and a positive experience for all event stakeholders.
