We are global leaders in the sale of industrial and residential equipment for space air conditioning.
We are looking for your talent as an Collections Specialist:
Your main mission will be to manage and supervise the entire collection cycle, ensuring positive cash flow and minimizing credit risk. This crucial role involves negotiating, proactively following up, and reconciling accounts for wholesale customers and air conditioning equipment distributors, maintaining effective communication to resolve disputes and expedite outstanding payments.
Your key activities will include:
- Monitoring payments, identifying delays, and resolving collection issues.
- Ensuring that accounts receivable records match payments received.
- Assess customer creditworthiness and determine potential risks of non-payment.
- Identify and resolve billing and collection issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other areas to ensure proper management of accounts receivable.
- At least 3 consecutive years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of credit analysis, accounting, and finance
- Knowledge of SAP is essential
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication and ability to work with other departments
- Negotiation skills.
