**Objetivo de puesto**:
Administrar y dar seguimiento a cumplimiento normativo en materia de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa.

**Actividades principales**:

- Crear e impartir materiales de entrenamiento en materia de Seguridad, Higiene y Control Ambiental
- Realizar investigaciones en caso de accidentes de trabajo y establecer medidas de corrección
- Liderar juntas de resultados (KPI) con el departamento de operaciones
- Participar en la definición de KPIS de Seguridad,Higiene, Salud y Control Ambiental
- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio en materia de Seguridad, Higiene, Salud y Control Ambiental
- Gestionar y liderar la integración, capacitación y actividades de la CSH y Brigadas de Emergencia
- Atender inspecciones y auditoria en materia de Seguridad, Higiene, Salud y Control Ambiental
- Asegurar la revalidación de los trámites y licencias de operación aplicables
- Implementar programas de prevención y reducción de accidentes
- **Requisitos**:

- Carrera : Ingeniería industrial, seguridad e higiene, seguridad ambiental, emergencias.
- Experiência: 5 años en el puesto de especialista en EHS
- Conocimiento: Seguridad e higiene industrial Normatividad de la STPS, Salud ocupacional, Programas de prevención Laborales, Campañas de salud, uso y administración de medicamentos. Conocimiento en MS Office.
- Idioma : Inglés deseable
- Otros: Gestión de certificaciones en Seguridad industrial (empresa segura, Industria Limpia, ISO 14001, OSHAS´s etc)
- Supervisión y liderazgo. Manejo de equipos de trabajo ( nível supervisor)

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al año
