Sr. Finance/business Analyst

Job Description:
Location: Mexico, MTY Facility

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Global CapEx projects monthly tracking, variance to plan analysis, identify gaps and prepare presentations.
- Assist the Global commercial team with regional backlog orders reporting and analysis.
- Provides the Commercial team monthly gross profit and gross margin insights at product level.
- Support the Global Parts & Services business with monthly rebates and discounts reports.
- Collaborates with multiple business partners and finance partners on ad-hoc projects and analysis.
- Analyze Business Processes: Understand and document current business processes and workflows.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Project Management: Support projects to implement new processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders. Work with NA FP&A team to improve reporting system & accuracy.

Basic Qualifications
- Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Technical Skills: 3+ years’ experience working with excel and relevant financial systems: IBM Analytics, Cognos, Hyperion, OneStream, Workday, Oracle. Ability to create dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
- Automation Tools: Experience working with automation tools (VBA Macros, Python, Power Queries).
- Data Sets: Experienced working with large and complex data sets.
- Industry Experience: Previous manufacturing experience.
