As the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Manufacturing Strategy and Optimization, you will lead an organization to evaluate E2E supply chain dynamics, across our plan, source, make and deliver streams, and develop strategies to support growth, productivity, digital enablement and globalization of our integrated supply chain capabilities. You will partner with our business unit segments and global manufacturing network to understands future business needs and optimize our E2E manufacturing network capacity to deliver on customer demands, optimizing costs, building in necessary redundancies, flexibility and agility. This role has full life-cycle responsibility for network and transformation programs, including responsibility for identifying opportunities, business case development, project delivery and sustainable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for contributing to our digital transformation roadmap and drive our maturity to achieve the integrated supply chain vision.

Specifically, you will:

- Lead a team in strategic network design and analysis that will develop effective network designs that support the growth strategy and optimize for service, cost, redundancy, flexibility and agility.
- Possess expertise in network modelling, analytics, and business case development as it relates to the total Supply Chain to drive better faster decisions
- Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplined, internal and external teams and /or SaaS, consultancies to drive the analysis to business outcomes desired.
- Although heavily focused on manufacturing network strategy initially, scope will expand to develop network capability for inbound supply, transport and distribution network capabilities.
- Responsible for the continuous evolution of our network strategy to balance capacity, speed, agility, resiliency and cost
- Responsible for the overall inventory management of ISC assets to facilitate and mature our network capabilities
- Partner with other functions and business segments to understand their strategy and define strategies to optimize across the integrated supply chain.
- Serves as the primary ISC interface with other Rockwell Automation business segments for assigned projects that require network analysis, configuration or redesign.
- Build a roadmap for manufacturing planning and strategy to enable and mature our transformation
- Streamline end to end capacity assessments and capital expense processes to optimize utilization and meet customer demands
- Provide leadership and direction to resolve key tactical, strategic, operational and flow related issues
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for global manufacturing network
- Manage the identification and support implementation of global projects for end to end capacity management (product line moves, factory expansions, start-ups, etc.) Responsible for life cycle management of projects, from initiation through business case development and hand over to execution.
- Responsible for the plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing for projects which are of significant and strategic importance to Rockwell.
- Generates plans for redundant manufacturing processes and capacities, based on the strategic plan for enterprise risk management.
- Responsible for creating budgets and reporting on financial performance and forecast

**SCOPE**:
This role is focused on RA internal and external manufacturing and distribution capability globally.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Travel: 30% (Domestic and international)

- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience in operations, data analytics, manufacturing engineering, supply chain planning including network optimization, capacity and capital plann
