El Gerente de Supply Chain administra el Departamento de materiales, supervisando las áreas de recibos, almacén, embarques, transporte local cumpliendo la norma 006 STPS y los requerimientos de cliente.

**EDUCACION REQUERIDA**:

- Ingeniería Industrial completa o carrera a fin
- Ingles 90%

**EXPERIENCIA, CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y ACTITUDES**:

- 5 años mínimo en puesto Similar
- AS400/ o cualquier sistema ERP afín.
- MRP, Ítem Máster.
- Expeditación
- Manufactura Esbelta: JIT: Pull System, Kanban (PFEP), 5’s. VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
- Uso de equipo de almacén.
- Resolución de problemas: 5W, 8D, Ishikawa. Diagrama de afinidades, Kaizen.
- Inventarios físicos, anuales - conteos cíclicos.
- Clasificación ABC
- Nível de inventarios Max y Mínimos.
- Control y generación de presupuesto de gastos.
- Microsoft Office.
- CPIM- Six Sigma (Opcional)
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Comunicación efectiva
- Liderazgo.

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Y AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO**:

- Administra las cuentas de gastos contra el presupuesto.
- Asegura y vigila las transacciones del sistema
- integridad de datos.
- Responsable de la veracidad de inventario, ejecución de conteos cíclicos, así como la planeación y preparación del inventario físico anual.
- Participa y desarrolla de manera activa, proyectos dirigidos a la reducción de gastos de operación en la administración y manejo de inventario (Kaizen)
- Revisa y coordina las configuraciones del sistema operativo (ERP) relacionado a la integridad de datos.
- Evalúa el desempeño del transporte local, el envío y recepción de acuerdo a las ventanas de embarques.
- Desarrolla planes de mejora en base a los resultados de KPI (Dashboard).
- Cumplimiento a la norma de CTPAT & OEA.

- **ACTIVIDADES CLAVES DE LAS FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO**:

- Supervisa el flujo correcto de recibos, localización, surtido, a producción, a través del sistema.
- Revisa los resultados de los conteos cíclicos y sugiere acciones inmediatas para la confiabilidad.
- Seguimiento a planes de acción para la mejora continua: perdida de inventario, eficiencia.
- Administra y ajusta la capacidad de almacenaje para materia prima y producto terminado, asegurando la seguridad del personal.
- Promueve seguimiento a las actividades de working process, auditorías a corte, scrap de set up, scrap manual, Kanban.
- Monitorea discrepancias, análisis y lleva a cabo los ajustes de inventario perpetuo en tiempo y en forma al Departamento de Costos.
- Identifica potencial exceso, obsoleto de inventario y busca disposición en tiempo y forma según las directrices Corporativas por lo menos una vez al año
- Procura que el personal opere bajo condiciones seguras y tenga el equipo necesario para realizar la operación que indique el puesto.
- Valida los conocimientos y evalúa necesidad de entrenamiento del departamento.
