**Head of Business Service Center NAM**

**About the job**

We are looking for an inspirational leader and performance driven profile, ready to lead the change of our Business Service Center at Ramos, Mexico

The Head of Business Service Center NAM is responsible for translating service demands and process governance guidelines from various processes, such as hire to retire, record to report, among others, into efficient execution through a strong regional team to guarantee service level performance. Your focus lies on providing robust problem-solving support, sense of urgency and customer-centric mindset to drive the team performance.

The Purchasing Professional Senior will travel both domestically and internationally with about 15% travel time.

**The Head of Business Service Center NAM tasks will include**:

- Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and the IBS Business Partner to understand our internal clients' challenges and needs as well as process governance guidelines
- Accountable for continuous improvement of current services provided
- Manage execution of services and monitoring delivery according to agreed service levels
- Ensure smooth transition of new services and constantly seek for BSC scope enlargement opportunities
- Guarantee timeline implementation of projects
- Track performance KPIs tracking and their respective action plans, whenever applicable
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and executive presentations
- People strategy and routine management, including area budget

**About you**

Do you have:

- University degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and Engineering or similar at any University of Applied Sciences
- 5-8 Years' Experience in Managing or being involved in the management of a BSC
- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)
- Excellent knowledge in English is required
- SAP is a plus
- Good understanding of business processes
- Strong experience in the function and leadership role desirable
- Sense of urgency and analytical skills that can provide forward-thinking solutions with a holistic view
- Positive mindset, and strong decision-making ability
