Your ContributionWork actively to manage and deliver HR Shared Services with responsibility for Regional HR SSC located in Europe/ Americas/AsiaCreate shape of future Regional SSC direction and strategy development in cooperation and alignment of Regional HR Responsible, Global HR SSC Head, SSC Management Team and Centers of ExpertiseCoordinate middle and long-term goals of the Regional SSC, develop and implement a strategy to achieve themResponsible for Employees within Regional SSC. Create an environment where all Employees are engaged and constantly learningPerform a key role in leadership, coaching, driving engagement, diversity and mentoring effortsDeliver SLAs/KPIs and improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the operations for all HR processes each yearEnsure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies within the Regional SSCYour Experience & QualificationsAcademic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldMin. 5 years of professional experience in the area of HR services including, managerial experience in SSC/BPO or HR OperationsExperience in a global company (multi-sited) with exposure to leading edge HR practicesExperienced with Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR and ticketing systems would be an advantageFluent English, additional language will be beneficial (e.g., German)What We OfferWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities, attractive salary & extensive personal benefits.
