Inside Sales Manager

**Vision for the Role**
Collaborating closely with the Wizeline Sales and Marketing team, the Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for helping us continue to build Wizeline's growth, taking our value proposition to the market with passion. Your primary focus will be to work with the Marketing & Sales team in qualifying leads, setting appointments for prospects with internal stakeholder teams, preparing presentations, entering data into SalesForce and accurately reporting metrics.
You should be self-motivated and able to effectively work remotely and prioritize, demonstrating significant energy and drive to understand our market and what makes us unique. You will be working proactively with Marketing to quickly respond to MQLs and referrals, while also working on strategic account based prospecting, creating a healthy opportunity pipeline, and working with Sales to set appointments and prepare presentations.
**Responsibilities**
- Research and gather information about target businesses and work with marketing on developing prospect list. Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts
- Promptly follow-up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services
- Listen carefully to discover customer problems and understand how our solutions could help them
- Become an expert on sales and technology teams to quickly set meetings for successful prospect interactions
- Gather all necessary information and prepare presentations for sales members as needed
- Able to work under pressure and deliver daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
**What You Will Bring to the Team**
- High emotional intelligence and ability to excel on your own and with a team, working to overachieve against targets and manage through adversity
- Humble with a 'can-do' attitude, with a track record of driving improvements and easily navigating fast changes around you
- Must have prior experience in Inside Sales role; managed services or any technology industry preferred
- Minimum 5 years + experience in Inside Sales and lead generation
- Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving & exceeding pipeline goals
- Strong qualifying, prospecting, and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, set, and go on appointments, handle objections positively and professionally
- Proactively manage your schedule and sales pipeline to meet milestones and objectives
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Powerful written + verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills is a must
- Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Employ creative tactics to reach the executive management of identified companies

- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in sales, working to qualify leads and uncover new opportunities in a fast and highly productive environment.
- **Track Record**:Proven ability working in a similar role, while partnering with various cross functional teams and an ability to organize and execute on plans.
- **Ambiguity**:You have the ability to work with a start-up mindset, knowing that many processes are still being defined. You are comfortable without a rigid formal structure.
- **Communication. **You are highly collaborative and proactively communicate. You can easily build credibility and trust across a wide range of people including technologists and senior buyers. You are able to give and receive feedback constructively.
