Position Description:
This position will be responsible for; managing daily printer operations provided by Ford Suppliers to ensure compliance with Ford standards and policies. Some of the key responsibilities include:
This position will provide an opportunity to understand how Ford IT builds and operates global services while meeting Ford Security and Data Protection requirements. It will also provide experience with managing Suppliers who deliver services.

Must Have Skills include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- Good Interpersonal skills
- +2 years of related experience
- Good Project Management skills to coordinate both Supplier and Ford Technical teams to solve both technical and business issues Self-motivated and drive to find solutions to problems that include a very complex network of devices that may affect the Print Supplier’s ability to perform.Nice to have Experience or Skills include:

- Experience with Supplier sourced service management
- Project Management
- Datacenter
- Network Operations
- Oversight of Service Providers daily activities to ensure compliance with negotiated contracts
- Developing and driving common global processes for delivering Print Services globally
- Coordinating Print Driver upgrades for Centralized and Distributed Print Servers, to drive commonization.
- Annual or as needed, coordination of printer firmware upgrades with Suppliers
- Deployment of new Print Technology to improve User Experiences and the security of printers.
- Working with Ford Network, Server Hosting, and Supplier technical teams to resolve both Ford and Supplier software or hardware issues.
- Management of financials that include managing PO requests and reviews to ensure that services are delivered within agreed to budgets.
