**Basic Infomation** Department: Alibaba Group Degree: Bachelor Work Experience: 5 year - 1. Mexico Category Planning: from data to insight, it mainly studies Mexican consumer demand, category opportunity points (new products/seasonal/competitive equivalence) and formulates corresponding category and commodity planning, introduces goods and adjusts category structure through coordination with national stations and China and Taiwan, and revises category ghost planning schemes through continuous data review. 2. Merchant commodity operation mechanism Establishment: the planning is implemented into the daily operation and maintenance plan, and the original category planning and commodity efficiency improvement are realized through data-based capability (data rules/collaborative products) and project management to form a plan, core index confirmation and operation action design (commodity operation and maintenance rules). 3. Project management: Landing business results through project management. **Position Requirement** - 1. At least 3 years working experience, bachelor degree or above, familiar with online and offline channels and operation business mode of e-commerce industry, familiar with e-commerce platform operation; 2. Data understanding and processing capabilities: strong data sensitive analysis capabilities, can be combined with data landing business and solutions, SQL capability foundation is a huge advantage; 3. Have > 2 years of work and life experience in Mexico, understand the local industrial belt, and be able to keenly capture market trends and consumer needs; 4. Spanish and English is must, while Mandarin speaking is a plus
