We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF-EC)**
- Tops Skills:_
- 8+ yrs of exp
- Working experience with SAP SF-EC modules of Timesheet and TimeOff
- Knowledge of US Payroll and implementation experience
- **Excellent English language proficiency**
- Responsibilities:_
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Provide expertise in Solution Design & Architecture to develop robust and efficient systems.
- Utilize SuccessFactors-Employ Central to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Conduct Business Process Modelling to identify and address inefficiencies in workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation.
