**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Este rol es parte del departamento de finanzas y es responsable de la gestión, control y automatización de crédito de finanzas TMD.

**Reporta a**:TM&D Intelligence Executive

**Foco Geográfico**:Local y DRBU

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestión de Límites de Crédito - cálculo, asignación y seguimiento para el correcto uso del crédito
- Comité de Crédito - Manejo y situación del crédito para México y todos los mercados LANCAR.
- Tablero Mensual LANCAR - Posición de crédito de todos los mercados LANCAR, mantener comunicación alineada con todos los mercados LANCAR.
- Análisis de Riesgos - Evaluación de riesgos en todos los mercados de LANCAR.
- Control de Operaciones TM&D - Análisis de información comercial y de ventas para identificar e implementar eficiencias en los procesos actuales.
- Mitigación de fraude: análisis de datos de ventas para generar paneles e informes para ayudar al equipo operativo de campo a identificar de manera precisa y oportuna las violaciones de la confianza.
- Reportes de Cuentas por Cobrar - Dar seguimiento a la AR de México.
- Reembolsos por milla adicional
- Comunicación activa con el equipo de Trade para identificar áreas de oportunidad y mejorar la calidad de la información.
- Automatización de procesos para reducir el tiempo de trabajo y mejorar el análisis de la información y la toma de decisiones

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Experiência trabajando en FMCGS
- Competencias interculturales de experiências internacionales o antecedentes personales.
- Experiência mínima de 1-2 años en Finanzas
- Nível avanzado de manejo de excel, Office, SAP, reportes de BI
- Ingles avanzado
- Habilidades analíticas y numéricas
- Licenciatura en: Economía, Finanzas Internacionales, Contabilidad o similar.
