We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Vendor Onboarding and Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new vendors to our vCard payment program and ensuring the retention of existing vendors by addressing any issues that may arise.
**Responsibilities**:
New Vendor vCard Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors to our vCard payment system.
- Verify vendor compatibility for vCard payments by processing the first scheduled payment.
- Address any issues that may arise during onboarding, such as fees, vendor unreachability, or acceptance issues.
Automatic vCard Follow-ups:
Vendor Retention:
- Contact vendors with churn action items to validate the churn reason and attempt to retain them.
- Address specific situations, such as vendors charging credit card fees or being unreachable by phone.
- Confirm vendors' acceptance of vCard payments and address any issues regarding acceptance.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years experience in payment processing, vendor management, onboarding, or retention roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
