**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with our product and design teams to define feature specifications and timelines
- Engage in technical discussions to design new solutions and architecture
- Review your peers' code to maintain and improve quality and security
- Support an open, positive, and energized culture
- Encourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Ensure that technical decisions support our goals around quality, high performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security

**Who You Are**:

- You're a trusted professional with at least 5 years of experience building amazing products. You have ideas and opinions and you've tested and refined them through your work
- BS Computer Science or Equivalent
- Professional experience with TypeScript is a strong plus
- You have experience monitoring and operating microservices
- You have a solid understanding of modern programming and design principles. You write tested, maintainable code that you are proud of, and you are committed to keeping code quality high
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about modern technologies and tools, without being biased toward a specific technology. You're more interested in finding the right tools and patterns for the job
- You lead by example. You own your work and hold yourself responsible for the results

**_Compensation: Base Salary Range: Gross MXN 954,000.00 - 1,345,000.00_**
